A guest invitation list is made up of permission-based emails from your company database. Choose the design and style of the email invitation and send it to each guest as a personal invitation. The guest receives the invitation via email and clicks on the link provided. The guest is taken to your online conference website and starts the registration process.
The event registration form consists of a series of information fields that you wish to be completed for the purposes of managing your event. Guests complete the form and receive an email confirming their registration to the event.
The event administrator has secure online access to all guest registration information. The event manager can choose to communicate with each guest individually or send all registrants a group message.
